Feathered Friends of Heritage Ranch


The Oak Tree pictured above is the home of many of the listed birds. They can be heard singing, pecking, and chattering. Some birds listed below pass through in the Spring and Autumn, some stay all summer, and some will stay all year. This area is hot in the summer and the temperature will reach 100+ degrees many times during the summer. The winter temperature will go down to 30 [or less] degrees. The birds seem to thrive but love help with food and water. This an incomplete list, I am sure, but it contains those I have identified.
